Dog walking; How does It Work?

If you've never had a dog walker before, it's a very strange concept to grasp! Here's some information that will give you a better understanding of the process.

1. MEET & GREET

It is required to set up a complimentary meet & greet prior to your booking. This way we can come to your home, meet each other, your pup, and discuss any questions you have!

2. join our app

You will be sent an email to join our Paw Nanny app! Here you can log into your profile and fill out any necessary information that we'll need to know about your home and your pup. It's free to use and you'll be able to directly book appointments as well as reference all your upcoming and past bookings.

3. book an appointment

Now you're ready for your first visit! We'll have all the necessary info we need to make sure your pup has a fun and safe experience!

What to expect FROM US

It’s scary to trust a stranger with your dog and your home, but we'll do our best to make you feel as comfortable as possible!

COMMUNICATION

After every walk, you'll receive a report card directly to your email with a brief summary of your visit and some cute photos of your pup!

PROFESSIONALISM

We're reliable, arrive on time, and always double check we've entered and exited your home properly!

We are dog walkers because we LOVE dogs...and we'll make sure your pup knows that every time we stop in!
