Because we only accept one client at a time, we get booked pretty far in advance so please contact me at least 2-3 months ahead of time for Overnight Boarding. Sometimes we may have openings last minute, but you're more likely to reserve a spot if you contact as soon as you know the dates you will be away! If you're booking dog walks, we recommend at least a weeks notice to route you in properly.
We only accept one client at a time, but I can host 1-3 dogs in my home. So if you have more than one dog, that is not a problem! A meet and greet with the owner will be set up prior to all bookings!
We understand travel times may vary for vacations so drop off times are flexible depending on your specific needs, though night time drop offs are discouraged for the comfort of your dog. Pick up before 12pm is no additional charge; pick up after 12 pm is an extra +$45 per dog.
• You will provide enough food for your dog(s) to last for the entirety of the stay.
• Please bring harnesses/collars & leashes.
• I recommend, but don't require, dogs beds/blankets/food bowls that may make them more comfortable here.
Yes we love dogs and have 2 small dogs. Some dogs, even friendly dogs, may not always be a good fit for each other. So we will work with you to set up meet and greet prior to your booking! If our dogs seem to be getting along, then we can go ahead and book your reservation!
We are very flexible with cancelations as we understand sometimes conflicts arise. For overnight boardings, if you need to cancel the booking within 2 days of your drop off date, then we require 20% of the total fee to make up for other customers previously turned away. For dog walks/visits, if canceled within 8 hours notice of your scheduled time window, we require a 60% fee.

We do not require your dog to be spayed/neutered, however we do not accept female dogs in heat. Keep in mind that a dog that is not spayed/neutered might show aggressive behavior during a meet and greet and we may not be able to book as a result. Dogs that mark indoors will also not be accepted.
Puppies require a lot more love and care and tend to have frequent accidents in the house. Because of this, puppies are charged at a higher rate. Please see our prices located on our homepage for details.

Yes we can offer transportation for your dog for overnight boardings. The price is dependent upon location but within 5 miles of our home, it is $30 per dog for a pick up, and an additional $30 if you need us to drop the dog back off to you at the end of their stay.
